Just a few pictures of Chandler to show how fast he is growing! He will be 12 weeks old on Tuesday, and was 11 lbs 14 oz, 23 3/4" at his last Pediatrician appointment!

He talks a ton now, and grins whenever we look at him!
Trying out his bumbo chair for the first time.

Another first-this wonderful bouncy toy! He is so content in it! Since he is still a little small and wobbly for it, (as you can see) we have begun to wedge a blanket in there; but even without the blanket, he loved it!

Chandler is so active, and loves kicking his legs, so this is the perfect toy for him.

He has been getting better at entertaining himself which means we don't have to hold him all the time! He even fell asleep without any crying in his big crib and took a nice long nap!
We love our little munchkin! He loves to cuddle, and is so much fun to watch grow!

We went on a little hike with Casey and Sylvia (and Emma) a while ago, and although I realized just how out of shape I am, it was really fun, and a beautiful sunny day!

All of us, finally at the top!!

Jason, Chandler and I, posing for a pic before heading up the hill.

Notice that I'm carrying Chandler before we went up, and by the top, Jason has him. I had a hard enough time dragging myself up, and keeping up with the guys who tore up the hill, like they had somthing to prove. Men.

Our new family member

Going home!

proud papa

Just waiting...

No more counting!!!

Chandler Troyce McGary was born on Tuesday, January 19th at 9:02am! We went in to my Dr. appointment on Monday afternoon, where they hooked us up to the monitor because the baby's heartrate was pretty fast. It showed I was having contractions which I wasn't really feeling. My Dr. said I was ready to just have that baby, so he sent us over to the hospital at about 6:00pm. Things were moving pretty slow, so they finally broke my water and started me on pitocin by about midnight, and then we just waited... I got my epidural at about 4 or 5ish in the morning (which was really great-the nurse anesthesist was super good and fast. I thought he was still numbing me, and it was already over! And best of all, it worked perfectly!!) and by about 8:15 I started pushing! Everything went really well, and was over so fast! Jason still cracks up at me because I was laughing and smiling all through it. So it really did go very well, I am so grateful for that!!
