Chandler is getting big!!

I really need to do an actual post, but I havn't had the patience to sit down long enough to do that lately.  So for now, once again here are just a few pictures of Chandler.  I need to get a video of him crawling all over the place, and pulling up on everything.  He has been crawling for about a month now, and just learned to crawl up steps! uh oh.
6 months old and already learning to drive!  By the way, this was just on our driveway-we really do buckle him in when we actually go places!
Chandler LOVES the water!
Just woke up, and sportin' a tweaky hairstyle while spreading scrambled eggs all over the place. 7 months old

Multnoma Falls

I finally got around to fixing this post.  I started it and got distracted, and didn't realize I had posted this single picture.  So I will add more now, and elaborate...

We went up to Multnoma Falls (a while ago), on the way home from staying at my sister Nancy's house in Vancouver!  It was a very warm day, and the mist from the falls felt so good. These are just a few pictures at different points along the trail.

Family Pictures

We decided one day to go over to Jason's parents' house and have his mom take some pictures of our little family.  I think she did a pretty darn good job!  It was funny looking over the pictures at Chandler's faces, ranging from anger and annoyance, to confusion.  He looked like Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes.  I don't know how many besides my family are familiar with those comics, but they are pretty cute, and his parents can never get him to smile for pictures.  He's always pulling some kind of face.  He also has a huge amount of energy, smarts, and imagination-and those who have seen Chandler can attest to it that he is  VERY active!  He can't even crawl yet, but I already know he is going to be a busy boy.  So if you go read the Calvin and hobbes comics, you will have a pretty good idea of how Chandler might be.  So here are some that were cute or funny of him, but not neccesarily the ones to frame for other reasons.

Cute little smile...but Jason is blinking

He is being such a good boy and sitting up soooooo tall!

K guys, getting tired of all these pictures...

Really, another one?!

Just a few pictures of Chandler to show how fast he is growing! He will be 12 weeks old on Tuesday, and was 11 lbs 14 oz, 23 3/4" at his last Pediatrician appointment!

He talks a ton now, and grins whenever we look at him!
Trying out his bumbo chair for the first time.

Another first-this wonderful bouncy toy! He is so content in it! Since he is still a little small and wobbly for it, (as you can see) we have begun to wedge a blanket in there; but even without the blanket, he loved it!

Chandler is so active, and loves kicking his legs, so this is the perfect toy for him.

He has been getting better at entertaining himself which means we don't have to hold him all the time! He even fell asleep without any crying in his big crib and took a nice long nap!
We love our little munchkin! He loves to cuddle, and is so much fun to watch grow!

We went on a little hike with Casey and Sylvia (and Emma) a while ago, and although I realized just how out of shape I am, it was really fun, and a beautiful sunny day!

All of us, finally at the top!!

Jason, Chandler and I, posing for a pic before heading up the hill.

Notice that I'm carrying Chandler before we went up, and by the top, Jason has him. I had a hard enough time dragging myself up, and keeping up with the guys who tore up the hill, like they had somthing to prove. Men.

Our new family member

Going home!

proud papa

Just waiting...

No more counting!!!

Chandler Troyce McGary was born on Tuesday, January 19th at 9:02am! We went in to my Dr. appointment on Monday afternoon, where they hooked us up to the monitor because the baby's heartrate was pretty fast. It showed I was having contractions which I wasn't really feeling. My Dr. said I was ready to just have that baby, so he sent us over to the hospital at about 6:00pm. Things were moving pretty slow, so they finally broke my water and started me on pitocin by about midnight, and then we just waited... I got my epidural at about 4 or 5ish in the morning (which was really great-the nurse anesthesist was super good and fast. I thought he was still numbing me, and it was already over! And best of all, it worked perfectly!!) and by about 8:15 I started pushing! Everything went really well, and was over so fast! Jason still cracks up at me because I was laughing and smiling all through it. So it really did go very well, I am so grateful for that!!

The final countdown!

9 days and counting...

Christmas-time at the cabin!

Jason, Jan, Garrett, Chad and Sarah gathered around our new Rock Band Beattles game we got for Christmas!
26 weeks, standing in fornt of Priest Lake

The boys going out for a ride! I got left out a lot due to being pregnant...I was kinda sad about that.

I did get to go on a ride with the other pregnant woman (Emily) and the little kids, which was really very fun!

Here are finnally some pictures of me and my belly! I didn't do a very good job of taking actual pregnant tummy pictures, and I actually don't remember when they were taken, darn it! But I do know that they are in chronological order with the top being most recent. This is 32 weeks. It's not a great picture of me, I was dressed to go out duck hunting with Jason.

Here we are ready to go to a Halloween party. I'm dressed as a belly dancer (ha ha) and I'm not sure what Jason is...I think he's a guy from the 70's. So I was 28 1/2 weeks here.

Jason's mom got us all together to make fall wreaths this year. Here's us showing off our work, and Emily and I with our bellies-we were only 10 days apart. (She has already had hers now)

Okay so you can't actually see my belly real well in this one. This was in Salt Lake, by the conferrence center when we went down to General Conference on my birthday this fall! 24 1/2 weeks

This one below is at about 6 months.
